How to fix sound on AirPods 1?
Go to the Bluetooth settings page and disconnect the AirPods (don't unpair / forget, don't remove the AirPods from your ears). Play audio on your phone and turn down to minimum volume. Reconnect AirPods and turn the volume up. This should allegedly work (but I've never tested it).
How to clean AirPods 1 and 2?
Clean the body of your AirPods
- Wipe them clean with a cloth slightly dampened with fresh water, and dry them with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Allow them to dry completely — for at least two hours — before you place them in the charging case or attempt to use them.
What is the difference between AirPods 1 and 2?
There are very few differences between the two models. The second-generation model now uses the H1 chip, has better wireless range, and should have less latency, although we measured the opposite.
How to tell fake AirPods 1?
Check the packaging
- The serial number (blacked out here) will be on the side of the box below the UPC.
- Lightning and USB-C connectors are similarly shaped but cannot be mistaken for one another.
- The serial number of the AirPods and AirPods Pro is located on the inside of the lid of the charging case.
